Recently, a new energy company successfully signed a long-term service agreement for the operation and maintenance of power stations with a company in Inner Mongolia, becoming a single large-scale intelligent refining and exhaust power generation comprehensive utilization project undertaken by the new energy company in Inner Mongolia.
The project was completed in three phases, with a total of 24 sets of Zichai New Energy 1000kW industrial refining and chemical exhaust generator sets. All of them are provided by the new energy company to provide full-process services such as engineering design, complete equipment sets, installation and construction, unit commissioning and operation acceptance, and other full-process services, meeting users' needs for the digitalization, visualization, automation and intelligence of the entire power generation process of power stations. New energy companies have always adhered to the 'differentiated development strategy' and adhered to the market-oriented approach. Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition environment and the urgent demand for high-power units by users, they made decisive decisions and successfully designed and developed 8300 dual-supercharged 1000kW refining exhaust generator sets for gas source characteristics. This not only provides high-quality green power for high-energy-consuming enterprises in the refining industry, but also greatly alleviates the environmental pressure brought to enterprises by excessive emissions of refining exhaust gas, and achieves the win-win goal of turning surplus refining exhaust gas into treasure and self-use electricity. During the acceptance process of this project, based on the full recognition of the gas generator sets and professional technical service capabilities of the new energy company, our company proposed that our company undertake the follow-up operation and maintenance services of 24 sets of units. In order to further meet user needs, protect customer interests, and work together to build the power station into a demonstration benchmark in the industry, thereby further expanding the company's market share and enhancing the influence of Zichai's brand, the two parties have successfully signed an operation and maintenance service contract. The signing of this operation and maintenance service contract has achieved the full process of the company's 20 MW power station from design and construction to providing overall operation and maintenance services.
