Don't use diesel generator sets for a long time to prevent 'stop'

The diesel generator set is mostly caused by the long-term static unit. The various materials of the unit itself will undergo complex chemical and physical changes with engine oil, cooling water, diesel, air, etc., which are mainly manifested in two aspects. It is summarized as follows: The filter filter capacity decreases. The filter plays a role in filtration of diesel, engine oil or water to prevent impurities from entering the body. In diesel oil and impurities are also inevitable. Therefore, during the operation of the unit, the filter plays an important role, but at the same time, these oil or impurities are deposited on the filter wall, causing the filter filter capacity to decrease. If too much is deposited, the oil circuit will not be smooth. In this way, the oil engine will be shocked due to the inability to supply oil (such as human beings lack of oxygen). Therefore, during the use of a normal generator set, the editor of the diesel generator set public platform recommends: 1. Commonly used units are 500. Replace three filters every two years; 2. Replace three filters every two years for the backup unit. The water circulation of the cooling system water supply pipeline is not smooth. The water pump, water tank and water supply pipeline have not been cleaned for a long time, which makes the water circulation poor, the cooling effect decreases, whether the water pipe joint is good, whether there is water leakage in the water tank and water channel, etc. If the cooling system is faulty, the consequences are: 1. The cooling effect is poor, which causes the water temperature in the unit to be too high and shut down; 2. The water tank leaks and the water level in the water tank will drop, and the unit will not be able to work normally (to prevent the water pipe from freezing when using the generator in winter, it is recommended to install a water heater in the cooling system). As a backup power supply, many diesel generator sets cannot avoid being in standby standby state most of the time. Therefore, in order to prevent the above phenomena from occurring in the unit, strengthening daily maintenance will be a good method.
