The daily maintenance work of generator sets is divided into four levels of maintenance (A-level maintenance, B-level maintenance, C-level maintenance, and D-level maintenance).
Class A maintenance
1. Daily:
1) Check the generator working daily report.
2) Check the generator: oil level, coolant level.
3) Daily inspection of the generator for damage or leakage, and whether the belt is loose or worn.
2. Weekly:
1) Repeat the daily A-level check.
2) Check the air filter, clean or replace the air filter core.
3) Release water or sediment in the fuel tank and fuel filter.
4) Check the water filter.
5) Check the starting battery.
6) Start the generator and check if there is any impact.
7) Use an air gun and clean water to wash the heat sink at the front and rear ends of the cooler.
Class B maintenance
1) Repeat the daily and weekly checks of Level A.
2) Replace the generator oil. (The oil replacement cycle is 250 hours or one month)
3) Change the oil filter. (The oil filter element replacement cycle is 250 hours or one month)
4) Replace the fuel filter element. (Replacement period is 250 hours or one month)
5) Replace the coolant or check the coolant. (The water filter element replacement cycle is 250-300 hours, add supplementary coolant DCA to the cooling system)
6) Clean or replace the air filter. (The air filter replacement cycle is 500-600 hours)
C-level maintenance
1) Replace the diesel filter, oil filter, and water filter, and replace the water and engine oil in the water tank.
2) Adjust the tightness of the fan belt.
3) Check the supercharger.
4) Disassemble, inspect and clean PT pumps and actuators.
5) Remove the rocker arm cover and check the T-shaped pressure plate, valve conduit and inlet and exhaust valves.
6) Adjust the oil nozzle lift; adjust the valve clearance.
7) Check the charging generator.
8) Check the water tank radiator and clean the external radiator of the water tank.
9) Add a water tank treasure to the water tank and clean the inside of the water tank.
10) Check the diesel engine sensor and connecting wires.
11) Check the diesel engine instrument box.
Class D maintenance
1) Change engine oil, diesel, bypass, water filter, change engine oil and engine circulating water.
2) Clean or replace the air filter.
3) Remove the rocker arm cover and check the valve conduit and T-shaped pressure plate.
4) Check and adjust the valve clearance.
5) Replace the upper and lower cushions in the rocker chamber.
6) Check the fan and bracket and adjust the belt.
7) Check the supercharger.
8) Check the electrical circuit of the diesel engine.
9) Check the motor excitation part of the circuit.
10) Connecting lines in the inspection instrument box.
11) Check the water tank and external cleaning.
12) Repair or replace the water pump.
13) Disassemble and inspect the wear of the main bearing bushing and connecting rod bushings of the one-cylinder.
14) Check or adjust the working condition of electronic speed regulation.
15) Align the generator lubrication point and press and fill the lubricating grease.
16) Align the excitation part of the generator to perform dust removal work.
17) Check the axial and radial clearance of the supercharger. If the deviation exceeds the limit, it should be repaired in time.
18) Clean and correct the fuel injector.
