1. Fault phenomenon: The starter motor transmission gear cannot enter the meshing cause: 1. The starter motor relay does not work ① The starter button is damaged or has poor contact. ② The contacts of the switch burn out. ③Insufficient voltage (battery is out of power, poor contact or leakage of circuit system). Solution: ① Repair or replace the start button. ② Remove and clean the contacts. ③Check electrical circuits and batteries. 2. The starter motor transmission gear cannot mesh with the diesel engine flywheel ring. ①The gear has heavy wear or bleed on one side. ② The starting motor gear is not parallel to the center line of the flywheel ring. ③The gap between the end face of the motor gear to the end face of the flywheel ring is too large or the top is dead. ④ Start the lever decoupling of the motor. Solution: ① Maintain gears. ② Reinstall, non-parallel phenomenon. ③The gap should be within the range of (2.5~5) mm. If the requirements are not included, use the method of adding or decreasing gaskets. ④Reinstall and adjust. ⑤ Disassemble the start motor for inspection. ⑥ Disassemble and reassemble. 3. Start the motor and enter meshing, but the diesel engine cannot rotate or cannot rotate. ① Insufficient voltage (poor circuit contact, leakage or insufficient battery power). ②The clutch friction plate slips. ③The starter motor rectifier is contaminated with oil or ablation, the brush is worn, and the brush spring pressure is insufficient. ④ Start the diesel generator motor armature collision or short-circuit with the magnetic field coil. Solution: ① Check electrical circuits and batteries. ② Add a washer between the inner pressure ring of the clutch and the friction plate to adjust it. ③ Use sandpaper to clean the starter motor rectifier. If the wear and ablation are severe, repairs are required. ④ Disassembly and repair. 4. The diesel engine has been started, but the starting gear cannot be separated, making sharp noise ① The copper contact disc in the starting motor relay is adhered to the two contacts. ② The copper contact disc of the start switch is adhered to the contacts. ③The starter motor lever is decoupled or the eccentric screw is loosened. ④ The lever return spring breaks or loses elasticity. Solution: ① Check the electrical circuit and trim the contacts. ② Disassemble and inspect and repair the contacts. ③Readjust and tighten. ④Replace the spring. ⑤Replace the starter motor. 5. Battery power is insufficient ① The electro-liquid liquid level is too low. ② There is a short circuit between the pole plates. ③Supra plate sulfation. ④The charging generator is insufficient power supply. ⑤ Poor contact with the connecting wire. Solution: ① Add distilled water or dilute sulfuric acid solution with a specific gravity of 1.1. ② Precipitate, replace the electrolyte. ③Repeated charge and discharge sulfation. ④Customize the relay regulator and belt tightness. ⑤ Check the connecting wire to make it contact well. 6. The battery temperature is too high ① There is a short circuit inside the battery. ② The charging current is too high. Solution: ① Short-circuit object. ② Maintain the relay regulator. 7. The battery case is deformed and the seal is broken ① The charging current is too large. ② External circuit short circuit. Solution: ① Maintain the relay regulator. ②Short circuit. 8. The electro-hydraulic is not clean and the electro-hydraulic is turbid and has impurities.
